1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between Vapsy Internet Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") arising from the use of the electronic currency exchange service for shekels.

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and the Service's Privacy Policy.

1.3. The Service operates in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, including but not limited to:

• Prohibition on Money Laundering Law (5760-2000)
• Payment Services Law (5779-2019)
• Consumer Protection Law
• Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981)

2.1. Service - a platform for exchanging electronic currencies for shekels, accessible through a web interface.

• Request additional information and documents for user verification
• Refuse to process a transaction if violations of law are suspected
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law

4.1. Exchange rates are set by the Service and may change in real-time.

4.2. The minimum exchange amount is set separately for each payment system and is displayed on the exchange page.

4.3. To conduct an exchange operation, the User must:

• Complete identification at one of the offices
• Create and pay for the request
• Receive cash shekels (for withdrawal) or dollars to their wallet (for deposit)

5.1. The Service commits to:

• Ensure personal data security in accordance with Israeli privacy law
• Use modern encryption methods
• Regularly update security systems

6.1. The User bears full responsibility for:

• Accuracy of provided information
• Compliance with Israeli legislation
• Security of their account

7.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

7.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to resolution in Israeli courts.
